The Model “HD-Optical” (#050) is designed for amusement parks or sports venues where an attractive and high-technology answer to access control for folks with physical challenges is required.

The Model “HD-Optical” (#050) can interface with any automated ticketing system. It can provide a reasonably accurate count of people passing through. The accuracy of the count rises with BOTH the narrowing of the passageway and with responsible supervision.

The Model “HD-Optical” (#050) includes a painted cabinet. It has an array of industrially-hardened aperture-controlled sensors that monitor the passageway. The “brain” of the Model “HD-Optical” is our new “SuperController”.

We have recently added a remote programming feature to our Optical Turnstile controller. Our new “SuperController” can be remotely programmed to meet a customer’s changing requirements. This can be accomplished without the need for a factory technician’s visit.

When operational requirements change, simply call us with the new requirements and we will e-mail you the new programming, upload and test the new program using a laptop computer.

All of our Optical Stiles are programmable to allow the following features:

The Model “HD-Optical” can be customized to fit the particular needs of an application. Custom features such as an all-ANSI #304 stainless steel cabinet and customized ticket-scanner mounting is available along with customized indicator lights and painted cabinet colors.
